Reduce Reuse Recycle
To reduce the impact of landfill waste please recycle or reuse.  Our favorite way to reuse the jar is to plant a succulent, we use sand in the bottom because it looks nice through the clear glass.  Do you like to catch lightning bugs with the kiddos? Put the lid on the jar and they can watch the amazing light show.  Get creative and feel good about glass recycling and upcycling 1803 Candle Jars.
How to Clean our Candle Jar
Begin by using a spoon or flathead screwdriver to pry the wick loose.  Next fill with a bit of hot water and let sit a minute to loosen the wax and start wiping the jar out over a garbage can with a paper towel.  Continue by using an old towel warmed with hot water and wipe the inside of the jar several times.  Then wash with hot soapy water or put into the dishwasher.
We are a store. All items are new in mint condition unless stated otherwise above. All items come in their original packaging with all paperwork. We will inspect items to confirm they are mint or upon request.
Payment can be made with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We ship through FedEx or USPS; all packages are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received and are insured for their full value. Auctions must be paid within 7 days of ending or a negative comment will be posted.
We do NOT accept "best offers".
We do NOT offer layaway on eBay auction items. On all sale items, shipping and handling charges will apply.
As of February 1, 2010, we do not ship to all countries.  All of our international shipping is processed through the eBay Global Shipping program. Buyers will need to contact eBay Global Shipping for combined shipping rates.  We are NOT responsible for oversea custom charges, they are the responsibility of the buyer per eBay & PayPal rules.
Pickups:
We do welcome pickups at our store after the item has been purchased thru eBay. Please call or email to confirm the item is ready. In many cases, we do list items for sale from our Lombard store, FairyTales, Inc. 28 W. St. Charles Lombard IL 60148.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item you purchased from FairyTales-Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to FairyTales-Inc. We will assess a standard restocking fee of 15% for items returned.  Credit for the item will not be issued until FairyTales-Inc receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned without notice. All returns must have a FairyTales-Inc return Authorization number (RMA) on the box. Damages caused in shipping must be reported to FairyTales-inc within 3 days after the item is received. FairyTales-Inc will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued.
Damages:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value, or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.
Holiday Shipping:
For the Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on December 15, to be received by December 24, in the Continental United States. Orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS unless requested otherwise. Shipping is NOT guaranteed due to unforeseen weather conditions and shipping carriers requirements. Orders shipping International via FedEx or USPS for the Christmas Holiday must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on November 30, to be received December 24. Again, shipping is NOT guaranteed due to unforeseen weather conditions and shipping carriers requirements. We will happily expedite shipping (next day, second day or three day select) with an additional charge to the buyer.
