Of the 375 P1's built by McLaren, 128 were designated for the US market. A chance to own a genuine piece of history, the McLaren P1 shook the automotive world when it was first debuted in 2012. Equipped with 3.8-liter 727-hp V-8 paired with a 177-hp electric motor, hydro-pneumatic suspension, electro-hydraulically assisted steering, and a rear wing that extends almost 12 inches - it's not hard to see why. The resulting total output is shockingly vast at 903 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque. This McLaren P1 has just received its annual service and a manufacturer extended warranty renewal for one year. It also comes to us with a full PPF (Paint Protection Film). Enveloped in an ultra-stiff, light carbon fiber monocoque chassis, the P1 clocks in at just over 3,000 lbs dry curb weight, it's blisteringly quick. The P1 has rear-wheel-drive layout and is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission developed by Graziano Trasmissioni. Formula 1 derived features such as the Instant Power Assist System (IPAS), which gives an instant boost in acceleration via the electric motor, a Drag Reduction System (DRS) which operates the car's rear wing increasing straight line speed only add to the capability on the road or on the track.
