2019 W American Memorial Park Mariana Quarter Uncirculated Direct From Roll

This is a 2019 W American Memorial National Park Washington Quarter.  It is completely uncirculated, coming directly from a brand new fed roll of quarters and placed immediately into a cardboard flip, handled only with white cotton gloves.
Only 2 million of each 2019 quarter design were minted at West Point, and were only available via random seeding into P and D quarter fed rolls.  None of them were sold directly to the public, and the distribution method resulted in many of them being used for commerce and becoming circulated.  Here is a chance to get one directly from the roll.
The photos here show the exact quarter being offered, obverse and reverse views.  Note that since these quarters were distributed via normal channels with no extra care given to them, there are some bag and roll marks on this coin as visible in the photos.
Note that there appears to be a small "milk spot" behind Washington's head across from the "R" in America that does not seem to show up in the photo.  I noticed it this morning when examining the coin and have to mention it here so there will be no surprises for a potential buyer.
This will be shipped via USPS Mail First Class Package service in a cardboard-reinforced padded mailer.
