The candle itself is fine and clean, but the jar is imperfect
The 3-wick candle is unused. I have never burned it
Two spots of "paint" fell off the jar (see photos)
Slightly scratched (see photos)
The top of the lid is clean, but inside, the lid is scratched or smeared (hard to remove) -- see photos

I got it from Estate Sale for from a couple who were downsizing their massive home before they moved into a smaller home) So, I may be unable to answer your questions about these candles. I don't know much about them. Two of my daughters-in-law, who visit us very frequently, are allergic to fragrances, I chose to let all candles go.
I have an excellent reputation for cleanliness and easily pass the white glove test :)
