A very fine example of a WW1 Trench Art vase......stating 1914-1918 France.....with a French Croix De Lorraine.....it presents beautifully with a wonderful stylized art-nouveau design.... one of the nicest designed artillery shell vases I've ever seen.
Condition: Very nice vintage, a beautiful and rich patina, however, there is a small inside crack and crack near the double-cross....see photos....in my honest opinion, this does not detract from the presentation or beauty of this piece.
A wonderful folk-art and military collectible. Do not miss.
