In 1955 Elvis Presley purchased his first Harley-Davidson, a 1956 model year Harley-Davidson ST 165. On January 14, 1956 he bought a new 1956 Model KH (#56KH-1459) for 43.00 from the Memphis Harley-Davidson Co. We believe it is this motorcycle visible on the photograph.
