Mike is seen early on his career, the photo was made in 1960, yet, the enormous trophy was a good sign of things to come, as Mike Hailwood won an amazing total of 10 roadracing World Championships!
In this picture we see him with his father Stan, and Ducati factory mechanic Oscar Folesani. There never has been a greater rider then Mike Hailwood, his early and his last successes came with Ducati. The Ducati 250cc Grand Prix twin was basically a double 125 desmo singles. The bike delivered a healthy power output of 37 hp at 11,600 rpm.
