    Wide. The pouch is made of a heavy khaki canvas material. On the front it is stamped R.I.A. (Rock Island Arsenal) 8-19. The pouch has a top cover with a brass lift the dot closure for securing the pouch closed. On the back there is a belt hanger for attaching it to a pistol belt, etc. Inside there are 5 dividers for each of the magazines / clips.
