Need to divide the door into 2 half with your own tools, and then you have 6 parts: 2 door frames, 2 door flaps and 2 locks. It is best to use glue to fix it during installation, but it didn't come with any glue, need you to buy the Gorilla Glue. Whether you end up using glue or not, you must use four zip straps (provided) to hold the outer frame top and bottom to prevent the door from separating and falling.
Only use on screen door, window or other screened areas. It does not come with a screen netting, you need to put the cutting-out screen into the door flap when installing.
Magnet door can closes automatically when your dog go in and out. 2 tabs on the top frame can be removed and locked as needed.
Inner frame size: 12"×16"; outer frame size: 13.8"×18", Install this dog door according to the height of your pet. Fits most small to large size dogs,cats or other pets, but not super small pets due to the heavy door flaps.
