    Specifically:
"the honorable sir Ludwig Holmer, Reservist in the 3rd Bavarian Fuss Artillery Regiment, 2nd Battery, 6th Division, who heroically died in Chailon in France on Dec. 14, 1914, aged 25, as a result of a grenade shot". LARGE PHOTO, IN UNIFORM.
Excellent condition. WWI death cards are extremely hard to come by. I am releasing some of the ones from my collection, so hope you find them of interest.
Original card, over 100 years old, and a nice face and story to a soldier who otherwise would be a forgotten statistic.

Items are sold ONLY as historical artifacts and I respect the bans of such items in France, Austria, or any other countries where bids cannot be accepted.
    A
different, much more unusual, and higher quality death card vs. the more common ones generally seen on EBAY.
