SIGMA-ALDRICH Reagent Aluminum Foil, Roll

Description

This reagent aluminum roll was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, and used in organic synthesis. I'm not sure which grade/purity it is, but it worked well. For similar reasons, I can't tell you how thick it is but it feels a little thinner than kitchen aluminum foil (0.016 mm). The roll appears to be about 10 cm wide, and an unknown length (total about 450 g metal remains, again an approximation). If I had to guess, I think this is probably a 99% purity foil with coil width 100 mm (see for example product GF01718940) and length of at least 5 m. These are all a few hundred bucks, which is what I recall paying.
This is a good, economical option if you need it for synthesis, but if you're a materials science type you'd probably best look elsewhere.
