Vintage Boston Terrier Flocked Chalkware Doorstop/Bookend

I have been collecting Boston terrier figurines for years, and it's time to let go of some of them.  I hope these will go to a new home where they will be loved!
This doorstop or bookend is probably from the 1930's or 1940's. It stands about 7½" high and the base is 8" long.
It's not the loveliest Boston terrier but is unusual! The flocking has darkened with age and dust, but I don't think it can be cleaned, so it is what it is!  There are some small chips on the ears and on the edges of the base as shown in the photos.  It weighs over 2 pounds.
