Vintage KA-BAR Knife c.1923-1951 Union Cut. Co.Fact.Edge Ideal Fibrelite+ Sheath

Here's a very old KA-BAR Ideal Hunting knife with a large blood groove in the blade. The blade is bright and shiny and appears full with no resharpening marks at all. The knife doesn't look like it was ever used and is just an awesome piece indeed. The front tang reads KA-BAR and the back tang reads Union Cutlery Co. Olean, N.Y. The handles are just beautiful too with its different colored fibrelite handles. Fibrelite was a great material as it held up much better than leather over the years. These handles are 80 or 90 years old and they still look like new, pretty amazing. This Ideal knife is about 9 1/8 inches long from end to end, and is just rock solid in every way. The knife has a nickel silver guard and also comes in its original sheath which is still in fantastic condition and works perfectly. The Original sheath is embossed with KA--BAR and is riveted and sewn and is extra nice considering its age. Here's a very special Vintage KA-BAR Knife to add to your collection.
