. The Certificate and Frame was awarded to a woman who serviced in the ARC overseas in Europe. It is named to her, and signed by the Deputy Europe ARC Commissioner. It is a rare item in delicate, fragile condition. It could be researched for provenance. The wood frame is included; however, there is no glass. It is a possible candidate for restoration. The ARC Wartime Service Certificate is 101 years old and in heavily worn, delicate, as is condition.
