From the archives of MC Lilley, this listing is for a group of three (3) antique printing blocks used to print the WWI Service Banner for THE M.C. LILLEY & CO.  This specific company name was in use from 1882-1917 so it is a WWI Service Banner.  The banner has 3 parts:
