    document from WW1. This document is a quote of the monthly premiums to be paid by Clinton W. Parker, Army Serial #3323830, in order to continue this insurance after his discharge from the US Army. The back of the document is signed by the 2nd Lt. Inf. of the US Army at Camp Hancock, GA., dated February 4, 1919.
