    . Highly scarce, single, Field Grade Officer's Silver Colonel's Eagle Bullion embroidered on OD Green Serge Wool.  Colonel's were Regimental Commanders or highly placed staff officers.  It was apparently worn and removed from a tunic.   The Bullion Colonel's Eagle is at least 103 years old in fair condition.
