Cardboard badge to be worn, most likely, on your lapel or wrapped around the base of a button. It was an inexpensive alternative to the common enamelled metal badge. No folds. Printed one side (plain on back). Some surface wear from age and storage. Don't know if it's been used, but it really isn't in "out-of-the-box new" condition, so we're listing them as "used".
